We have three deli fridges which are crammed full with all manner of delights. We have a great selection of take-away lunch or supper items, lots of freshly made sandwiches, a wide selection of local & continental cheeses, traditionally cooked meat joints and Mediterranean charcuterie, and that’s all just in the fridges. On top of the fridges we have a wide range of sweet treats & other added extras.
Our shop window is home to our freshly baked bread from Pullin’s, our sizzling lunch-time honey & mustard glazed sausages, and our sparkling cupcakes. The Deli itself is full of shelves and baskets heaving under the weight of bottles, jars, packets & boxes of deliciousness.

Every morning our kitchen team, headed up by Eve, beaver away preparing lots of fresh goodies to fill our deli counters with. Delicious seasonal salads, savoury tarts, hugely popular sausage rolls, frittatas, cooked hams, rare roast beef, weekly specials, healthy soups, Frangipane tarts, sparkly cupcakes, triple chocolate brownies & all sorts of other cakes… the list goes on and on. Wherever possible & appropriate we source our ingredients locally – see our list of suppliers below.

From local suppliers
We have worked really hard over the last few years to find the best local products made by small, independent specialists and bring them to our deli customers. There are far too many products to list here, so we’ve chosen some of our staples:
Freshly baked bread – delivered daily from Pullins in Yatton and we also get weekly deliveries from Proper Bread in Montpellier and Batch #5 Gluten-Free from Bath. We keep loaves aside for customers on a daily, weekly or one-off basis. Please pop in or call us on 0117 9734440 for more information.
Handmade Scotch Eggs – we get our weekly delivery of scotch eggs on a Thursday from The Eggshed in Herefordshire. The husband & wifeteam produce over 40 different varieties of Scotch eggs, all of which use free-range eggs & meat sourced direct from local farmers and producers. We normally stock 8-10 varieties but are always keen to try a new flavour, so ask us for the list or browse the different recipes on their website (see the links page) and let us know what you would like us to get in.
Extract Coffee – we exclusively stock Extract Coffee, both to use in our café and for sale in the deli. Extract Coffee is a Bristol based company set-up by three fantastically passionate people. The company has grown a lot over the last few years but their care and precision remains unchanged – they meticulously select the coffee beans which they then roast in small batches just down the road from us in their Roastery. We are often complimented on the quality of our coffee, which starts with the wonderful beans supplied by Extract.
Bristol Tea Company – run by James, who personally sources a select range of the highest-grade whole leaf tea direct from organic and Fairtrade certified estates in India and Sri-Lanka. The most popular tea we serve is his Bristol Breakfast blend but we offer his full range in the café and for sale in the deli.
Wine, Ales & Ciders – our range of local wines, ales & ciders is ever growing. We have a wonderful Somerset rosé from Dunleavy Vineyard and a white Bacchus from Lyme Bay, ales and stouts from Wiper & True and The Electric Bear Company and ciders from Perry’s, Ashridge & Pilton.
